Q: How much do I need to earn to be considered for the Property?
Subject to final approval from the landlord a tenant or tenants if jointly and severely liable are required to earn a multiple of 2.5 x the annual rent.

Q: What rental period should I expect to pay?
Subject to contract the majority of rental payments are to be paid on a per calendar month
basis in advance.
Q: What security deposit should I expect to pay?
Subject to contract and acceptable references an equivalent of 6 weeks rent will be required before possession of the property is given and in most circumstances upon signing the tenancy agreement.
In some circumstances such as tenants with pets or adverse credit history a higher equivalent
maybe requested to be held for the duration of the tenancy.
To secure a property you will be expected to pay an initial £500 holding deposit which then forms part of the entire 6 weeks security deposit upon signing the tenancy agreement.
