Q: How much do I need to earn to be considered for the Property?

 

Subject to final approval from the landlord a tenant or tenants if jointly and severely liable are required to earn a multiple of 2.5 x the annual rent.

Unless stated and confirmed in the tenancy agreement a tenant is liable and responsible for the

Q: What rental period should I expect to pay?



Subject to contract the majority of rental payments are to be paid on a per calendar month
basis in advance.


Q: What security deposit should I expect to pay?



Subject to contract and acceptable references an equivalent of 5 weeks rent will be required before possession of the property is given and in most circumstances upon signing the tenancy agreement.

 

To secure a property you will be expected to pay an initial one weeks rent which then forms part of the entire 5 weeks security deposit upon signing the tenancy agreement.
